We are an established distribution company since 1978 for Audio Visual Systems. Located in Batu Caves Industrial area, Selangor.We are looking for an ambitious young person to join our dynamic workforce for the position of:

Clerk cum Receptionist

Mandatory Requirements

  • 22 to 26 years of age.
  • Must Process SPM. A Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Possess a highly polished telephone Etiquette.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to use MS office applications.
  • Experience using a PBX System is an advantage.
  • High discretion in handling confidential information.


  • To manage day-to-day incoming & outgoing calls effectively & maintain a  register
  • To attend to typing of quotations, emails and letters.
  • To attend to all daily incoming general inquiries from customers
  • To assist to attend to in-incoming and outgoing mails, by-hand-deliveries, documents for pickup & etc.
  • In charge of frontdesk to manage all walk-in visitors.

Remuneration Package

  • Basic salary RM 1,800 – RM2,000 negotiable
  • Performance bonus
