Sales Admin Executive

JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to be a part of our inbound sales unit. In this role, you will act as a coordinator to manage the different work processes within the sales unit and to ensure daily sales operation are handled diligently with productivity. Further, your role is also to provide an excellent admin support to ensure sales unit objectives and targets are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to handle daily sales inquiries from customers via phone, email or walk-in.
  • To manage daily incoming letters & email communication.
  • Prepare sales quotation and proposal and to manage and monitor the progress.
  • To help prepare open tender document and to ensure submitted on time.
  • Communicate with customer and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon.
  • Compiling monthly sales achievement and other performance report.
  • Supporting the sales unit with any other tasks, if requested.

 ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent knowledge with MS Office.
  • Good typing speed at least 35 - 40 wpm.
  • With good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a highly polished telephone Etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, Pleasant disposition and can work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed in completing work assignment on time.
  • Strong organization skills and highly meticulous to details.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female Malay/Chinese.
  • Must have 2-3 years working experience as Admin Support Staff.
  • Above 23 to 27 years of age.
  • Must possess Degree in Business or Office Management or related field.
  • Someone who is fast learner and comprehends technical specification is required.
  • Candidates living around Gombak, Sentul, Batu Caves, Ulu Klang, Ampang, Kepong, Selayang and Sri Damansara would be an added advantage.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Basic salary RM 2,250 – RM2,500.
  • Performance bonus.
  • Hospitalization and surgical benefits.
  • Outpatient medical treatment (reimbursement).
  • 5 days working per week.
  • Free parking lot.
